Policies

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, please provide Salon YOSHIKO with 24 hours’ notice. Should you fail to cancel your appointment within the allotted time frame or not show up for your service, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the full value of your scheduled service.
When should I arrive for my appointment?

Please arrive at least ten minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure adequate time for check-in.
How can I leave a tip / gratuity?

Tips are greatly appreciated and may be left in either cash or by Venmo. We recommend leaving 20% of your service price as gratuity.
Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we do. Currently gift cards can be purchased in person at Salon YOSHIKO's front desk.
